This is a question for me ? If yes, I don't understand brasilian language, not at all (but a field trip to Rio could suit me ...)

I think ....
One module version x,y,z = one book, called Nameofmodule version x,y,z
Each 'chapter' is the version with lang files. Admin/modinfo etc etc.
In each chapter will contain the php original [english, most times] and the translation.
We can use 'who contribute', version history etc - exactly like wiki work
* a sandbox will be useful too

One day or two I already post a 'example'.

Also code source is more clean now (but I'am not skilled with html / xhtml, as you can see reading code source).
